Account Migrated from old portal but cannot log in

We're really sorry you're experiencing issues logging into the new portal. 

This is a common issue.  To get this resolved, please create a new Customer Portal account using the same email address previously used with the old portal.  I've also provided instructions below that will assist in creating a new account. 

To create an account, follow the detailed steps below:

1. Within your web browser on your PC or mobile device, go to https://app.sunwebportal.com/auth/login 
2. Select Create Account, as shown below

4. Enter in all required information including the following: (First and Last name, email address and password)
5. Please note, your password must include the following and cannot begin with a number or symbol, your password must begin with an upper or lowercase letter
   • 12 Characters
   • Number (0-9)
   • Upper case letter (A-Z)
   • Lower case letter (a-z)
   • Symbol (~!@#$%%^&*)
   • Non-leading or trailing spaces

7. Once all required fields have been filled out, click Submit. 
8. This will prompt a 6-digit security code to be sent to your email address. 
9. Please note, this security code will be valid for 24 hours.
10. Please open up your text message and then carefully enter your security code to finalize account creation.
