When will I be able to log into / create my account?

Friday, January 12th, 2024 is when the new portal will be live for all

Currently, residents at the following communities can create an account / log into the new Customer Portal:

• Cider Mill Crossings (Michigan)
• Sun Retreats Old Orchard Beach (Maine)
• Sun Outdoors San Antonio West (Texas)
• Pine Ridge (Virginia)
• Northville Crossing (Michigan)
• River Haven (Michigan)
• Sun Retreats Stratford (Ontario)
• Red Oaks RV Resort (Florida)
• Southport Springs Golf & Country Club (Florida)
• Sun Retreats Sea Isle (New Jersey)
• Meadowbrook Estates (Michigan)
• Scio Farms (Michigan)
• Sun Outdoors Sarasota (Florida)
• Shadow Wood Village (Florida)

For everyone else, the new portal will be launching for everyone else on Friday, January 12th.  

The below communication will be sent out shortly.  Beginning on January 12th, you'll be able to log into the new portal using the same email address and password previously used.
