Downloading & Installing Web Browsers from Android Google Play Store
In the event your Web Browser is not updated, it's possible you may receive an error that says, "Oops" when attempting to log in.
When this occurs, we first recommend ensuring your app is up-to-date. In order to accomplish this, please follow the steps below:
How-to Update Web Browsers on Android Devices
- Once your phone is unlocked, look for the Google Play Store icon. (It looks like a white shopping bag with a colorful triangle on it)
- Once you've located the app, tap it to open it.
- Tap the Profile Icon in the upper right corner
- Select "Manage Apps & Device"
- There will be a section called, "Updates Available". Tap "See Details" if it's available.
- Next to the Web Browser that needs to be updated, select the "Update" button.
- Please allow a few moments for the app to download and install.
- Once installed, please attempt to log into the portal once more. If unsuccessful, please attempt to download an alternative web browser.

- Once you've located the app, tap it to open it.
- From the search bar at the top of the screen, type in Google Chrome and then select the Magnifying Glass to complete the search.
- Tap on the browser app you wish to download and select "Install" which is a green icon.
- Please allow a few moments for the app to download and install.
- Once finished, go back to your home screen and locate the new Web Browser application and attempt to log in once more to the Customer Portal.
