Downloading & Installing Web Browsers from Apple Store
In the event your Web Browser is not updated, it's possible you may receive an error that says, "Oops" when attempting to log in.
When this occurs, we first recommend ensuring your app is up-to-date. In order to accomplish this, please follow the steps below:
How-to Update Safari on Apple Devices
- From your mobile device, select the gray "Settings" Icon
- Scroll down and select "General"
- Select "Software Update"
- Your device will check for updates. If an update is available, select "Download"
- Note, if you have a passcode on your device you may be prompted to enter your passcode.
- Once your mobile device restarts, please attempt to log-in once more. If you're still seeing the "Oops" error, please proceed to "Downloading & Installing Web Browsers on Apple Devices"
How-to Update Web Browsers other than Safari on Apple Devices
- From your mobile device, select the blue "App Store" icon
- Tap the profile icon in the upper-right corner
- Scroll down to see a list of apps with available updates
- If there's an update ready for the app, "Update" will be displayed right next to the application. Select this.
- Wait for the application to complete download and installation.
- Once completed, please attempt to log back into the Customer Portal to confirm you're no longer receiving an "Oops" error.
How-to Download & Install Web Browsers on Apple Devices
- Once your phone is unlocked, look for the App Store icon. (This is a blue square with a white "A")
- Once located, select the App Store
- Tap the Search icon at the bottom right of the screen
- In the search bar, enter "Google Chrome" and then select "Search"
- Once you've located the browser, tap "Get"
- Note, you may be prompted to enter your Apple ID and Password
- Please wait for the app to finish downloading.
- Once complete, please attempt to log back into the Customer Portal and confirm you're no longer seeing the "Oops" error
